The coaxial heat exchanger heats the juice. An electronically adjustable temperature controller maintains a constant water temperature.
The juice temperature can be easily monitored via a digital thermometer at the juice outlet or the filling unit and adjusted using a control valve.
These pasteurizers do not have a juice pump or automatic juice temperature control.
