Pasteurizers

Electrically operated Pasteurizers without juice pump
The coaxial heat exchanger heats the juice. An electronically adjustable temperature controller maintains a constant water temperature. The juice temperature can be easily monitored via a digital thermometer at the juice outlet or the filling unit and adjusted using a control valve.

Oil-fired Pasteurizers
The system consists of a burner, a coaxial heat exchanger, a fully automatic burner control system, and a juice transfer pump. All components are mounted on a sturdy stainless steel frame equipped with adjustable feet or casters for transporting the unit.
Pasteurizers without an energy source
The system consists of a coaxial heat exchanger, a fully automatic water circulation control unit, a four-way mixing valve, and a juice transfer pump. All components are mounted on a sturdy stainless steel frame equipped with adjustable feet or casters for transport. It is designed for connection to an existing central heating system (minimum heating capacity of 90 kW). Adequate heating capacity with temperature control must be ensured. Connection lines to the system should be kept as short as possible and connected directly to the boiler. On-site connection of the system is carried out using appropriate hoses.
