Bag-in-Box Filler

The BBF6 Bag-in-Box Filler is a semi-automatic filling machine. The BBF6 features a calibratable weighing system used to determine the bag's contents. This machine can fill 3 L, 5 L, and 10 L containers, as well as optional 20 L containers. It is suitable for hot filling at temperatures up to approximately 80°C.

How it works:

• Manually insert the bag
• Opening the bag closure (manually)
• Press the tare button
• The bag is filled using the automatic fill quantity system.
• Manual sealing of the bag

The BBF14 Bag-in-Box Filler is a semi-automatic filling machine capable of filling both individual bags and bags supplied on a continuous roll. Thanks to volume-based measurement, filling 3L, 5L, 10L, and 20L bags—as well as setting up for different container sizes—can be done very quickly. This machine is suitable for both cold and hot filling (at temperatures up to 80°C).

How it works - single bag:

• The bag is inserted manually from the front
• The bag closure is automatically removed
• A vacuum is being drawn
• Filling the bag with automatic fill quantity control
• The bag is automatically sealed and ejected

How it works - bags on a roll:

• The bag is fed in from the rear by pulling on the bag strip
• The bag seal is automatically removed
• A vacuum is drawn
• The bag is filled using an automatic filling system
• The bag is automatically sealed and ejected
